I created Neelam Mind & Body as a space for people to return to themselves through mindful movement, breath, and steady attention. My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga should feel supportive, personal, and accessible, whether you are new to the mat or returning to a long-time practice.
In my sessions, I focus on clear cues, thoughtful pacing, and practices that honor the body in front of me. The goal is not to force a shape, but to build awareness, strength, ease, and a deeper connection between mind and body.
